Since becoming Spinning(R) qualified in 2001 I have always looked to learn and progress.
In 2009 I completed the Spinning(R) further education programme to become Edinburgh's first and only star 3 instructor. Combining a passion for spin with my outdoor cycling experience, I present well structured, intensity guided, motivating classes that are normally suitable for all levels of participant.

I am always adding to my hand crafted selection of class plans here. Colourful music selections enhance my journeys, choosing carefully the right song for each terrain, feeling and intensity. Expect trance / world music / movie soundtracks and anything in between.
