Fully mobile personal training - I come to you.
Training can take place in your home, office, garden or in one of Edinburgh's Parks. I provide all
equipment.
No travelling, no queuing for
equipment and no long membership contracts.
Think of the time you'll
save (time constraints, incidentally, is the number one excuse given
for not training).
I also offer gym based personal training at The Club Leith and Energy Gym Meggetland.

It is totally up to you. I have clients that I see one, two or three times a week. If you choose train with me just once or twice a week, I can also plan sessions for you to do by yourself and offer a FREE loan TRX home gym system.
I can offer joint personal training sessions for two people or circuit / TRX training for groups of three and above.
At an initial meeting we will discuss your aims, physical limitations, time restraints and what you hope to achieve from personal training. Please complete and bring along the form here.
I will then take you through a no-obligation, FREE health, fitness and lifestyle assessment and discuss types of training to best meet your requirements.
From here, we will work together to help you achieve your goals using a personalised fitness programme which I will compile to suit your individual specifications.
